The Shadow Guild of Kodor is known to few people, even those who would travel to the City of The Dead.
Comprised of The Black Guildsmen, these Ghosts were usually criminals in their previous life, and continue their practices after death.
The main activities seem to be centred around a Black Market, and information-gathering.
What agenda they follow is unknown.
