We rushed back towards the Forge Chamber, only slightly delayed by a few Hobgoblins.
Upon arriving, we found the place over-run by faeries, and their leaders. The remnants of the miners and Realm Guard held the centre of the chamber, assailed on all sides by hobgoblins and other beasts. Their morale just about held by an Unknown Exalt, who poured her Will into keeping them from falling to the Unformed. At one end of the chamber, more hobgoblins swarmed down the tunnels, heading for the Town, while the other end was dominated by The Great Boondongle! Twelve glassy lamps formed its limbs, but its body swirled with Wyld energies, defying our senses. It appeared to be clawing at the roof of the tunnel, forcing itself upwards.
Four Candles Shining is attempting to slow it's progress in vain.
In front of it stood two Fae Nobles, laughing at the fate of the Mortals, and looking forward to corrupting more of Creation!
We attack!
Our initial assault is blunted by the Fae Prince's Eventide Mists, blocking our route to them, and although Ben calls forth his Air Elemental to push it back, the Prince brings his own breeze, and the way is still filled with poisonous air.
Master Sui and Lady Khensa make their way towards the Nobles, working their way past hobgoblins, and trying to assist the struggling miners. The Exalt calls for Khensa to formally Ally with Kessel, but she refuses.
Korvalis starts to give chase to the escaping hobgoblins, but realises their are too many, and he may be needed against the Mighty Doohickey and returns to the Forge Chamber.
Ben and Korvalis pour missiles into the Bigamajig, while Khensa ploughs through hobgoblins and bugbears. Master Sui charges the Noble Fae, but they leap into a howdah on the Shouldnotbe's back, and it climbs upwards.
Sui is not so easily put off, and leaps to follow, pouring every fibre of his being into repelling the onslaught that the Prince throws at him.

The Fae Queen is soon dispatched, but the Prince is more tricksy.

Ben and Korvalis continue to assault the Terrible Terror, and eventually it stumbles and falls!
The Prince lets out a curse, and vanishes!
Now to mop up the rest of the fairies and reconcile things with Mrs Exalt and Four-Candles ...
