Ostensibly a Martial Arts college, The Crashing Fountain boasts over a hundred warriors, and is the second largest Martial Arts school in Soba. These warriors have been co-opted into the Soba militia, and patrol the Southern walls.
Primarily teaching Tiger Style, a section of students are currently learning the combined skills of bow and camel-riding, under a few Kif warriors, sent by Sheik Asir Dom Harudi.
The Crashing Fountain also acts as the headquarters of a heretical Sun Cult, and its followers number in the hundreds. With recent funding from Sheik Harudi, the cult is spreading across Soba, but still trying to keep itself far from Immaculate gaze.
