The Cult of The Merciful Lady. Goddess of The Serpent River.
The cult considers snakes and crocodiles to be sacred. It is distributed up and down the rive rand is a significant object of devotion for all the peoples of The Serpent river. The Cities of the River run dragon boat races at the start of Ascending Water before the yearly floods to honour the Lady.
