Game Mechanics:
Requires Influence 2 Resources 3. Goal 10 1 roll per month.
Effect: Cult 1 for White Rose. Spend 1xp for 10% boost to city revenues ongoing OR to generate 1 extra Sun per year from cult
The project was successful, giving Lady Khensa Cult 1 Merit. 1 Party XP was spent to increase Soba's revenues by 10%.
