Exploiting mineral strike divined via the Temple of Old Man River leads to the creation of a major new Revenue stream for the city.

This requires a team of prospectors, the building of a reliable road into the mountains, the construction of the mines, the hiring of a a work force for the hard dangerous work and the formation of defences to protect the citys wealth.
Goal 30, Diff 3. Intelligence + Bureaucracy. Prerequisites Resources 4, Influence 2, Cult 3.
Creates a Major Revenue Stream for the City.
Options Taken:
+0 PXP Optional. Something evil this way comes. The Gem Vein is one of the richest in this quarter of creation. However the miners will inevitably unearth a great and terrible evil buried at the heart of the mountain.
+1Pxp. Gemrush. News of the mineral strike generates a sudden rush of workers come to strike it rich. Enhances Sobas Craft Skill Base.
+1PXP. A secondary mineral strike occurs following Gemrush. A source of Tin allows Soba to produce a better quality of Bronze.
+1PXP. The Deep Springs. From the depths of the mines flows a source of water long dammed within the mountains bowels. Distasteful for the Palate it is however enough for the watering of animals or crops on the badland side of the city. A watercourse must be built to divert it from the heights to where it is needed.
