Created by the mysterious Frog King as a gift for his Son. The Whips Hilt is covered with froggy symbols and images.
Frontloaded power: Frogs Tongue allows the wielder to communicate with the Frog King via a communion effect. This takes a scene of quiet meditation to achieve and cost 3m.
It requires the acceptance of the Frog King to learn any evocations. He is understandably quite upset.
