The Horn of Uhr, crafted from the shell of a great Conch shell cursed with manifold runes of madness and Wielded by the Fae Lord Uhr in his quest to dissolve creation into primal Chaos. The Horn fell to The Plum Circle at the Battle of the Sighing Sands.
Counts as a Light Artifact Weapon. Attunement 5m
When Blown by one of the chosen the horn allows them to call forth followers from the multitude who follow the Chosens intimacy, imbuing them with a shared purpose and a desire to act. By default the defining Principle is used. However by spending a WP a Major Tie or Principle can be selected. A minor intimacy can be selected but costs 3 WP.
