The underground organisations of Champoor are run by twelve shadowy individuals, known collectively as The Upright Gentlemen.

While their names are known across the City, few have ever met them.

Three Devils Wang

Has declared a Feud against Simon the Simple.

Thrice Gilded Artena

Mistress of the Veiled Market.
Rumour has it that Artena is the offspring of a Demon and a mighty Exalt.

The Forthright Man

Currently offering a rich bounty to anyone brave enough to go against a group of Anathema.

Peepers McCoy

If anything happens in Champoor, McCoy is likely to know about it. His network of spies and informers is beyond compare.

Simon the Simple

Rumoured to be behind most of the burglaries in the city.
Word on the street is that Three Devils Wang has offended Simon somehow.

Lady Tzu

Controls one of the main thoroughfares through Champoor, with the gang known as "The Crazy Eighty-Eights".

Lucien the Lips

So named for his habit of collecting the lips of his enemies.

Artemis the Angel-Footed

Those few that will talk of Artemis say that he is Wyld-Touched, and taints all those who enter his presence.
