Project COURTS OF SOBA.

Diff 1 Goal 10. Man + Burea .Creates a physical court for Soba as well as appointing the judiciary.

Result : Lady Khensa becomes daughter of the revolution. Reduce corruption in the city.

+1pxp. The Satrapy reapplies the Coda Civilia in a limited format.

+1pxp. Contract Law. Soba becomes a recognized place to arbitrate contract disputes between merchant houses.
