Eagle Claw

The School Of The Eagle Claw taught martial arts around southern Alodia, and believed their style to be superior to all other styles. An aggressive campaign of forcing other schools to either convert to Eagle Claw or be destroyed made them one of the largest Schools, and gave them a reputation as violent thugs.

One notable example of resistance was when they attempted to co-opt the Red Lotus Temple. The Masters of Red Lotus believed Eagle Claw to be virtually unbeatable, but sent the young Sui Tien Yuen to face them. While the barely-trained Sui was no match for the Eagle Claws, his determination and resilience impressed the Red Lotus Masters, who came to his aid and repelled the Eagle Claw.
Since then, the Eagle Claw have reigned in their expansionist policies, although they still believe in the superiority of their Style.
