Solar Cult

A Leadership Project headed by Master Sui.

Using students from The Crashing Fountain, Sui was able to spread the Heretical Sun Cult across Soba.

Game Mechanics:

Secret project, limited control. Difficulty 2. Goal 10, number of rolls 5. Resources 2, Retainer 2, Cult 2 +1roll for Command commitment, +1 roll for Resources 3 commitment.
Note you can't spend the same background points twice if you are commiting their full value. You can drop the difficulty by 1 for either The Tall Man OR Tirigan's assistance.

Sui gained The Tall Man's aid in spreading the word (via his Dockhandlers)
Resource requirement was gained by cutting a deal with Sheik Harudi, in return for arranging to marry Kinsai to the Sheik's Daughter.

The Project was successful, creating +5 Suns. 1 Party XP was spent to double this to +10 Suns.
