Lying far to the South, the Elephant River supplies Punt with its water. Scholars tell that once the elephant river joined the Serpent near the settlement that would become Soba. But that was before the coming of the Fae changed the rainfall patterns. Now the Elephant peters out in the salt pans north of Punt
