Also known as "The Scum of Soba", and several less polite epithets, the Longshoremen scavenge the shores of The Serpent for flotsam and jetsam.
While most inhabitants of Soba tend them no mind, apart to avoid their stench and light fingers, it is said that they have a useful information network, and do occasionally find something of note along the river banks.
It is rumoured that they answer to The White Rose, but this has not been confirmed.
