The Mantle allows the character to impersonate a Air Aspected Dragon Blooded. Included in the effect is a bonus of essence automatic successes to support the disguise.
It also allows the character to manifest limited air essence effects characteristic of a Dragon of the Air, including the destructive anima effects which the mantle manifests as a reflexive 1m expenditure.
The mantle gives the character +1 success on any verbal performance or linguistics rolls.
