This shadowy Exalt took control of Kodor after The Red Skull's forces lifted their siege. It is thought that some deal was struck for him to take charge, allowing Black Demeter's forces to withdraw.
He is rumoured to have links to the Grass Spiders mercenary company of Champoor, although how he maintains contact over such distances can only be speculated.
Little is known of Altan's history, but he name "God Slayer" follows him, and any who recognise his name are loath to speak it, lest he hears, and takes offence.
