As The Serpent approaches The Dreaming Sea, it spreads out, turning from a deep, wide river into a vast network of sandbars and channels spreading far along the shore of the Sea.
Nominally, this area is claimed by Bahr Al Juba, but due to both the treacherous waters of the Delta, and the Fae incursions from The Sea, it is not a claim that is often called to be upheld.
