Recently besieged Kodor with his allies Black Demeter and The Black Rose.
The siege came to an end when a deal was struck to allow Altan The God killer to take control of the city.
It is thought that The Red Skull wishes to use the Shadowlands of Kodor to spread his dark influence across Creation.
