The never-seen leader(s) of the Cognoscenti Carnivale.
While most day-to-day decisions are taken by Carnivale staff, and the different groups are given a lot of freedom over where they play, and what shows to put on, any order coming from Management is taken very seriously.
There are those within the Carnivale who are suspicious of the people who say they speak on behalf of Management, but open rebellion is almost unheard of.
