Plum Citadel

One of the three Citadels built by The Prophet to help defend Alodia against the encroaching Wyld, The Plum Citadel sits in the heart of Soba, forming its Palace, and acting as its centre of administrative Affairs.

It is said that The Prophet called upon the help of Anwe, and his army of a thousand Djinn, to build the Citadel, and the Citadel's Tower is still used to offer reverence to Anwe.

The Citadel is constructed from the mystical Porphyrs Stone, its purple hue giving the Citadel its name.
(Note: The Porphyrs has recently turned from purple to a brilliant golden yellow. Scholars are at a loss to explain how this happened, or what its significance is, but it is rumoured that it has become the centre of a large number of Essence flows).
