The Native peoples of Alodia, these Nomads are expert desert travellers, and know the shifting sands better than any other.
They are also the only source of the Spice Melange, that forms the basis of Soba's economy. It is said that the Spice is gathered from the mighty Sand Worms that live in the Great Erg, but no-one has been able to verify this.
Their isolation in the desert leads them to be suspicious of Outsiders, and are easily offended by those unaware of their customs and traditions.
Their main religion is based around Ancestor Worship, and they put great store in The Shadow River, ensuring to send their Dead along it to Kodor, where their ghosts may ensure the prosperity of Alodia.
