Kodor

Site of the Iron Citadel. This city straddles the lands of the Living and the Dead. The Shadow river pours from the mouth of the Iron Citadel, it is less than clear where it comes from, but the Underworld is thought to be safe bet. A trade route does exist between Kodor and Virconia, indeed it is one of the safest in the region, as long as you have the proper contacts and the poper respect for the masters of the Iron Citadel.

Kodor is the centre of the Ancestor cult in the area, it is also a place to trade with the dead. The Black Guildsmen of Kodor show up in Shadowlands across the south suggesting a far reaching trade network on the other side. Recent rumours suggest that the Undead are becoming more rapacious in their demands to the mortals of the cult. There are suggestions that the city may be involved in hostilities with some force in the sunless realms.
